Operating Hours: SATURDAY – WEDNESDAY 08:00 TO 17:00 THURSDAY 08:00 TO 13:00 GENERAL INFORMATION The aim of the Radiology Department at the NEURO SPINAL HOSPITAL is to deliver a quality imaging service. Quality, in terms of patient care, detailed diagnostic images and accurate reporting. All examinations are undertaken using state of the art imaging equipment, operated by highly trained medical professionals in an environment where patient care, comfort and safety are our primary concern. The radiology department offers the following services:- • MRI Functional and Interventional 1,5 T. Siemens • CT Scanner • Fluroscopy • Ultrasound • Plain X-ray • Angiography • Interventional Radiology CONTACT DETAILS & BOOKING INFORMATION Although we do try to accommodate walk in patients, many of the complex examinations undertaken at the Neuro Spinal require special preparation and planning, and advance booking is advisable. Please note that radiology examinations are NOT undertaken without a referral letter or radiology request from a qualified medical doctor – this is to comply with internationally recognized guidelines. The clinical information provided by the physician will determine the sequences and projections used in the examination. In this way we tailor each examination to the clinical requirement of the individual patient. |
